The Philadelphia Folksong Society is proud to announce the 49th Annual Philadelphia Folk Festival, on August 20-22, 2010. The Philadelphia Folk Festival is one of the longest running outdoor musical events of its kind and a Philadelphia cultural institution.
Did you know that advertising in the 48th Annual Philadelphia Folk Festival Program Book will give you the opportunity to present your company information to more than 20,000 potential customers? Our souvenir Program Book is distributed free of charge and is a cherished memento from this fabulous musical event.
The Society sponsors unique community programs such as the Odyssey of American Folk Music program, which sends folk musicians to schools in the greater Philadelphia area, promoting the use of folk music as a teaching tool in the classroom.
